SHIPPING METHODS
Standard Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping via USPS will be the default shipping method at a minimum cost of $4.95, unless $75 or more purchase order which would result in discount shipping rate. This price will fluctuate based on order amount and shipping container size and numbers necessitated for order. Pricing will be calculated in order before purchase.
Estimated arrival after items are obtained by USPS is 1-3 business days. However, processing of items by Parasol Dermaceuticals for shipping may incur 5-7 business days, estimating arrival at consumer residence of 8-10 business days or before depending on order volume.
If products are desired sooner, choose an expedited shipping method. Expedited orders will be processed before those with standard.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with product purchases on www.parasolderm.com store, we will gladly refund or exchange any unused, unopened, and resalable merchandise in its original manufacturer packaging with seals unbroken within 30 days of receipt. Please carefully review our return instructions and policy below.
Products must be returned sealed, unopened, and in their original manufacturer packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Parasolderm.com may require photographic evidence/doctor’s note for all allergic reaction/break out claims made by customers. Not every claim made is legitimate and we need to ensure evidence is provided to corroborate claims.
Returned products are subject to inspection by the Parasolderm.com staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials and any original product packaging must be returned. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
Any tool return must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including cords, chargers, adapters, carry case and any accessories. The carton must be intact and not defaced in any way with original seals intact.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
All returns returned to sender because of an incorrect address are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping on any return is at consumer cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless yourbeautelab.com made an error.
Customer Service must be notified within 30 Days via email regarding any issues with the order. Any orders identified as damaged, lost, faulty, etc. after the 30 days will not be eligible for assistance.
***Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within 14-30 business days of receipt.
